The XPeng Voyager X2 is a fifth-generation autonomous eVTOL multi-copter aircraft that can hold two passengers.
Although we have seen many flying car concepts, the Xpeng X2 is the closest vehicle that has even come to a proper release.
According to Xpeng AeroHT, the vehicle can be used for urban air transportation and sightseeing.

The aircraft has a glass canopy over the cockpit so that passengers can enjoy the view.
The company recently posted a video of the X2 flying over Shenzhen’s central business district.
Xpeng X2 features eight propellers, powered by batteries.
It also has a maximum speed of 130 km/h (81 mph) and a flight time of 35 minutes.

The main body is made of a carbon fiber composite airframe with an aviation aluminum structure.
Xpeng is also working on a flying supercar, that will cost around $200,000.
Other than flying cars, they have also teased a Cybertruck-esque six-wheeler EV truck that carries a two-person electric helicopter.
Since the Xpeng X2 is powered purely by electricity, it has no carbon dioxide emissions during flight.

Xpeng AeroHT has also filed a request to receive an airworthiness certification, which should be approved by 2025.
The flying car is expected to be priced between $126,000 – $236,000, however, we will have to wait for the official release to get the exact price.
The vehicle is expected to be a huge leap for the flying car industry.
