This is a new vehicle storage facility where the ultra-rich can store their supercars – a supercar bunker, if you like.
It’s a stone’s throw from Gatwick Airport, and it’s like Fort Knox for cars.
It took the company five years to complete the concept, but it looks like it was time well spent.
Shy Automotive, the company behind this project, says this garage is extremely secure.
How does the bunker work?

The bunker is 46,000 square feet and located in West Sussex, UK, about 30 minutes from London Gatwick Airport.
It has the capacity to store up to 600 vehicles.
Shy Automotive says the bunker is guarded 24/7 by two security guards on site, and no one has access to the building apart from members of the company.
You need fingerprint recognition to enter the front door, and then again to open the vehicle vault door.
Each vehicle has its own ‘bed’

Each vehicle is parked on a steel bed that’s capable of holding up to 600 kilograms.
Each bed is equipped with its own battery charger, and tire cushions.
They also fitted a clever fire suppression system.
Each vehicle gets two sprinklers above it.
This is designed to make sure the fire doesn’t spread any further than where it started.
The ultra-rich are becoming survivalists

For whatever reason, the ultra-rich are spending a lot of cash on doomsday things.
Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg, for example, spent millions building a secret bunker in Hawaii.
Jeff Bezos did something very similar with his $90 million mansion on the so-called ‘Billionaire Bunker’ island.
But to be fair, this isn’t limited to the ultra-rich only.
There’s a company in South Dakota selling doomsday bunkers starting from $55,000.
