An urban explorer stumbled across a piece of automotive history at an abandoned farm in the UK.

The creepy-looking Herefordshire farm was in a seriously sorry state with rotting walls and mold.

Inside, it was packed with a bizarre assortment of items including a large fossil collection, old furniture, and piles of junk.

However, the most unusual find was a rare British Triumph sports car left to rot in an outhouse.

A classic British car had been left to rot

In recent years, urban explorers across the globe have uncovered some weird and wonderful vehicles stashed away – such as the man who visited the Fukushima exclusion zone and found a huge collection of abandoned JDM cars; or the YouTuber who checked out the ‘traffic jam forest’ filled with hundreds of abandoned cars buried in a long line.

There was even the tale of the explorers who found a DIY tank, complete with blueprints and plans, inside the basement of an old mansion.

Meanwhile, fellow urban explorer Daniel Sims – who runs the Bearded Reality YouTube channel – headed out to the rundown Herefordshire farmhouse that hadn’t been touched in decades.

It’s unclear how the farm came to be abandoned but it appeared as though the previous owner may have left in a hurry as the property was still crammed with their belongings.

Out in one of the farm’s barns was a red two-seater British Triumph that dated back to 1962.

Sadly, the car had seen better days and was in terrible condition with bird droppings, dirt, and mud covering the bodywork and windshield.

The abandoned farm was also home to vintage farming equipment

Inside, the seats had fared slightly better – due to not being as exposed to the elements – but they still showed signs of wear and tear and appeared to have grown moldy.

Sims didn’t attempt to get the car going, but it’s safe to assume it’s unlikely the engine would turn over at this point.

Next to the vintage car, Sims spotted a Victorian-era combustion engine tractor that appeared to date as far back as 1899.

Other vehicles and parts – including an old Land Rover, in equally bad shape – were also dotted throughout the barn.

Paperwork Sims found inside the house appeared to suggest that no one had been there in 40 years – meaning the cars have most likely spent decades parked.

A pretty sad ending for a beautiful British motor, isn’t it?
