New images of the ‘Xaynor’ beach resort in the NEOM mega-project currently being built in Saudi Arabia show that the project is going to be seriously luxurious.
If you’re not aware, NEOM is a huge expansive project happening in the Kingdom just now, where a futuristic city is being designed in the desert.

Included in NEOM are areas like ‘The Line’ – a huge linear skyscraper, a floating island area, a massive global trade centre, and several tourist resorts.
One of those resorts is called Xaynor, and it looks pretty impressive in the latest images released.
Situated on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast in the Gulf of Aqaba, the exclusive beach club is described on its website as ‘the epitome of ultra-chic beach resort luxury’.
It certainly looks like they’re going to deliver on that promise.
The development will use natural forms like massive rocks and stones to create little private areas, lagoons, and terraces so that guests will have privacy whilst they relax.
There will also be spa facilities, top-end restaurants, and plenty of places to sunbathe.
Of course, there’ll be chances to spend a bit of your cash, too.
Saudi Arabia says that the finished resort will also have shopping and leisure facilities, as well as exclusive experiences for ‘club members’, collaborating with ‘internationally renowned brand partners in fashion, art and lifestyle’.
When it was announced on February 7, the NEOM Board of Directors put out a press release revealing some of what can be expected at Xaynor.
“Arriving in Xaynor, guests will be greeted by its breathtaking canopy entrance, blending with the natural landscape and providing a captivating pathway down to the beach,” the release states.
“This distinct architectural style effortlessly integrates concealed retreats and expansive open spaces.”
“Guests can choose to indulge in private seclusion or mingle with other members.”
NEOM certainly looks promising, and they’re building it pretty quickly.
Progress on ‘The Line’ construction is being made, and if that’s anything to go by, the 2030 deadline will no doubt be met.
