If you’d like Lionel Messi as one of your neighbors, you’ll have to stump up $6.5 million dollars to buy an apartment in Miami’s Porsche Tower.
But not only is the beachfront residence home to the World Cup winner and his family – it has an ace up its sleeve, something that attracts gearheads like a magnet.
Each unit in the 56-floor building comes with its own sky garage and a car elevator, allowing residents to take their motorized treasures up to their apartment.
It’s actually a “dezervator”, with the name inspired by its creator, Gil Dezer, offering residents direct access to their apartments in their cars.
To make that happen, the driver puts their car into the round, fully-automated elevator surrounded by walls of glass.
The platform then spins to align with the car with the door before whisking them up tot he floor where they want to go.
When they get there, the car is pushed out of the elevator on rails and parked behind another wall of glass with a view toward the living room.
Messi’s apartment reportedly covers 330 square meters and has three bedrooms and 4.5 bathroom in an open-floor plan.
As for how many parking spots the Argentinian superstar has – who knows – but each apartment in the Porsche Tower has between two and 11 parking spots.
We’d imagine Messi has quite a few, though, considering his car collection includes a Ferrari F430 Spyder, a Maserati Gran Turismo MC Stradale, and his most expensive car that Ronaldo tried and failed to buy.
